Casa Clare is a very well located house just two blocks from the Jardin. The home is very light filled and beautiful in all respects. The home consists of a Sala (Living Room) with a terrace, a Sala Abierta leading on to the main Patio, a Dining room, four bedrooms with terraces, and bathrooms en suite, (plus a further shower and changing room for the pool) two kitchens, (one on the ground floor and the other by the pool area), a laundry area and of course, a swimming pool.

As you enter, there is a kitchen to your right, with a dining room leading off it. To your left is the laundry. The entrance hall leads into a patio with a fountain and some formal pools.

There is also a Sala Abierta in this area, with an open fireplace. As well as a small office with high speed internet and a powder room. Up some steps, you get to the Open Galley, which has bookshelves, and behind the doors two bar areas, a place for the television, and a safe. To the left is the main Sala, which has large terrace off it.

Downstairs is the pool, the changing room, the second kitchen, and the fourth bedroom and bathroom. Going to the upper level, you will find three further bedrooms with their bathrooms, each of which have their own terrace.

By the pool these is a second kitchen with Stove top, a microwave with a grill and small refrigerator.

There are four bedrooms, each with attached bath. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed, the third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth bedroom (on the pool level) has two queen sized beds. All upper bedrooms have attached private terraces and the lower bedroom is located off the pool.

The pool is heated by gas at renters expense, and all water coming into the house goes through a water softener and a purifying filter./p>
