Casa Hypatia will let you provide any group with a truly heavenly experience. Located just south of Juarez Park and a short level walk to the Jardin of San Miguel, the house projects a San Miguel elegance and comfort that forces anyone to leave all their cares and worries on the doorstep.

Ample entertaining spaces provide lots of opportunities for warm conversations and fun. The spacious layout of the house and the many private patios gives everyone their own private space for retreat and seclusion. A stay at Casa Hypatia offers families and friends a chance to share a piece of heaven on earth and build memories to last a lifetime.

This magnificently constructed and decorated house was recently completed using authentic colonial materials and designs. It has been carefully constructed to provide the guests with every possible modern convenience while maintaining the feeling of colonial character.

This paradise comes fully staffed with cook and maid and house manager. This staff provides you with the pampering and security of a hotel while offering you the luxury of space and privacy only a home can provide.

All five bedrooms have fireplaces and ceiling fans and that allows each visitor to be comfortable at anytime during San Miguel's seasons. Every bedroom also has a private patio. All bedrooms have stunning, luxurious bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and is certainly a suite of enormous proportions. The master also has TV with Dish network and high-speed Internet. The "second" master has king bed and meets every criteria of a "master" suite, also with TV, Dish network and a high-speed Internet connection. The three other bedrooms have twins and provide and provide sumptuous baths as well. All bedrooms have exquisite linens and furnishings that are second to none here in San Miguel.

The kitchen is extremely spacious and would be a delight to cook in. Or, better yet, you can sit back and let the cook prepare your meals. The beautiful breakfast room offers a perfect place to start a day with bright sun streaming in and two spectacular paintings providing lots of warmth.

The dining room looks onto the pool and features an antique table and seats twelve comfortably . All of the homes furnishings have been specially collected from around the world by the home's owners who are extremely talented interior designers.

The immense living room offers a luxurious place to play games, sip wine, laugh together. The living room adjoins the spectacular outdoor sala. The roof terraces are fully furnished and offer a birds-eye view of San Miguel. The Parroquia appears so close you think you might reach out and touch it.

One of the most unique features of the home is the Media Room with 8' x 8' screen- especially equipped with "DISH" network from the USA and also DVD and excellent sound system. Here you can enjoy direct broadcasts from the USA for your favorite shows or enjoy a movie through the DVD.

The lovely 15' x 10' Pool greets guests at the entrance and is equipped with solar heating. There is also garage parking provided.

There is an exercise room equipped with US-made equipment. A state of the art water purification system provides water as pure as bottled from any faucet in the house.

If you have the staff call a masseuse and a manicurist, whip up a batch of margaritas and you have your own private spa.

Casa Hypatia is limited to 12 guests of renters in residence at any one function held at the home. The security deposit is increased $500 per each child staying in the home under 16 years of age. No pets.
