The elegant, colonial-style casa is just a ten-minute walk from the center of San Miguel. It has three bedrooms and three and a half baths including a separate self-contained guest house.

The master bedroom features king bed and bath, beautiful down-filled duvet with a view of the outdoor livingroom, natural spring, and garden. The second bedroom also features king bed with lovely bedding and bath. The third bedroom, located in the casita, has a twin bed and queen bed -- ideal for the fifth person. The fact that two of the bedrooms feature king beds makes this a great rental for two adult couples.

The main house is graced with flower-adorned terraces and patios with views of town from every level. Marble floors, Persian and Mexican carpets, carefully selected furniture and original paintings and sculptures add to the elegance and charm of every room.

For your convenience and comfort there is private off-street parking, cable TV /DVD, stereo system and telephone. There is also a private roof-top office with free intenet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washer/dryer for house use in the service area.

The long-term maid, "Beatriz", and gardener, "Miguel7quot;, are on staff for your comfort and they work 6 days/week from 9 a.m to l p.m. Beatriz can prepare a delicious Mexican breakfast for you if you wish.
