The fabulous green space of the Chorro, San Miguel's first water works, and the traditional charms of the Lavandarías Públicas are both just steps away from your door. This location is extremely desirable and it is considered one of the finest neighborhoods of colonial San Miguel.

After a few steps you arrive in the elegant living room, the spacious dining room and the fabulously comfortable indoor den/living area complete with TV and DVD. The large, beautifully appointed living room provides a great space for lounging or entertaining. The lower floor leads out onto the interior courtyard that offers a peaceful setting for afternoons of relaxation and reading or a wonderful space for entertaining either old or new friends in San Miguel.

The dining room has twelve foot ceilings and seats eight people comfortably. This room is perfect for wonderful meals at home with family or friends prepared by "Lete" who is an excellent cook. Lete's husband serves as houseman when guests are in residence. This spacious home features four bedrooms plus three and a half baths.

Two of the bedrooms provide equal amenities so that two couples can comfortably share the same home. The master bedroom has king size bed and bath, plus a TV and VCR in the master bedroom. There is another bedroom with king size bed and bath. There is one bedroom with queen size bed, one bedroom with a double bed and these two share a bath. Perfect for children. All the designer linens have a minimum thread count of three hundred and the beds are complete with feather beds and comforters.

The kitchen in which Lete prepares memorable Mexican cuisine is ample and fully equipped. Lete and her husband together are a great team and are dedicated to ensuring your comfort. The staff is on duty for your service 9 AM to 4 PM weekdays and half day Saturday.

The outdoor living area on the top floor has a stone carved wood burning fireplace, comfortable furnishings and is perfect for quiet enjoyment or entertaining.
