The main master suite features a king-size bed, cable TV, ample closet space, and a cheerful blue and white color scheme. Large French doors provide great ventilation and a magnificent view of the garden. There are his and her baths. The second master bedroom has luxurious furnishings and a pretty private bath. The bed will be made up as either a king or as twins -- whichever the guests prefer. There is a cable TV for late night movie watching. Both bedrooms have luxury linens and towels.

Although every room is a jewel, the outdoor living room (loggia) is the space you will love the most and want to live in from morning to night. Dominated by a spectacular hand-carved stone fireplace, the room has ample areas for both lounging and dinning. Furnished with all the comforts of an "indoor" room, the loggia is surrounded by a picture-perfect garden. A riot of colorful flowers frame a lovely carved stone fountain that provides that perfect trickle of water that will never let you read more than 3 pages in your favorite book before you fall into either a delicious day dream or a full fledged nap. The garden, the fountain, the tumble of water, the twitter of birds, the kiss of a fresh breeze -- all of these have been certified by several government agencies as guaranteed stress busters and longevity enhancers. You may find it very hard to pry yourself from this loggia to "see" the charms of San Miguel.

In addition to the massive aesthetic charms, the home enjoys a desirable functional feature. The home is built on one level, making this home perfect for anyone with mobility problems. Since San Miguel is built on the side of a mountain, this is a rarity.

The home has inside parking for two cars and there is a velador on hand at night for anything that might need attending.

This home is fully staffed with a team of competent and well-trained employees. There is Marco the houseman, Lourdes the cook and a daily maid. A gardener works days a week.
