Casa Joan features a large master suite with King bed and seating area plus private patio with view of downtown. The second bedroom has twins and a nice bath. The owners have spared no expense in making the home user friendly as it has four TV/VCR's on Cable throughout the house, a CD player and a purified water system. The home is appointed with fine linens and accessories throughout. A laundry with washer/dryer is also provided.

On the third floor, there is a bath and an entertainment area complete with wet bar and refrigerator. A 180 degree view of the San Miguel skyline and churches is seen from the third floor entertainment area. Casa Joan is best suited for adults, the owners ask no children, no pets and no smoking. The maid is there from 9 am to 3 pm, 5 days per week.
