Casa Mediteraneo

Contemporary Masterpiece Overlooking Parque Juarez

3 Bedrooms including 2 Master Suites

$2500 por semana; $9000 por mes

Veranda

This fabulously unique home was designed and built in 2001 by a world renowned architect. A master of the indoor/outdoor lifestyle, this architect created a private heaven of modern aesthetics with a wonderful Latin heart.

This romantic home features two separate master suites and would be ideal for couples traveling together. It is located within a lushly landscaped paradise that is only steps from Parque Juarez and the Sierra Nevada Orient Express Hotel.

Garden

With approximately 5000 square feet of space this home is grandly spacious. The Living room features high beamed ceilings and has an adjoining patio. On this same level is a wonderful dining room and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen creates a delicious old world feeling with it's cedar cabinets and thick marble counters.

The two master suites are located on separate floors for privacy. Each suite features fireplaces, opulent attached baths, private outdoor space and luxurious linens on king size beds. The third bedroom is privately situated with it's own entrance.

The house is located behind a security gate in a wonderful neighborhood of million dollar homes. It offers a unique combination of extensive gardens yet is located only a short 10 minute walk from the heart of San Miguel. Area shops and restaurants are even closer.

There are too many fabulous architectural details to mention here (e.g. Cantera stone floors, hand hewn beams on lofty ceilings, meter thick walls, views of the Parroquia). These elements combine with elegant furnishings to create a very special, very private paradise.

The only downside to Casa Mediteraneo is that after you have watched the sunset from it's rooftop terrace with a cold Margarita in hand, slept soundly in its comfy bed, whiled away an afternoon reading a book in its lush gardens and generally decompressed.....you just may not be willing to go home again.
