It offers the rare combination of being in the center of everything and at the same time offering the charms of a perfect centro location in the heart of San Miguel. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with a table and seating for 4 persons.

The home is an easy 3-5 minute walk to lots of shops (including San Miguel's favorite green grocer, 2 specialty cheese stores, grocery store and of course a liquor & wine store). The home is an easy few minute walk to the Jardin and the heart of all San Miguel's fun places and restaurants to visit.

Upon entering the home the visitor will enter a lovely living room. There is an arch and passageway leading to the patio and fountain. The home's warm colonial colors are the perfect backdrop for the interesting santos and other antiques, as well as Mexican crafts collected from all over the country.

This home is ideal for relaxing.. It has a lovely eat-in kitchen. The dining area seats 4 persons very comfortably. The outdoor spaces also are great places to curl up with a good book and a cold drink for a little down time.

This three bedroom home offers lots of privacy. The master bedroom has a king bed, large closet, and beautiful bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed including a closet and attached bath with shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds, closet, and full bath with shower.

Casa Ponciano has a high-speed Internet connection, cable TV with CNN and english channels. There is a 5 1/2 day per week cook/maid for your pleasure to prepare breakfast, shop, clean and all that she can do to make your stay a pleasure. There are heaters and fans when needed in each room.
