Casa San Roberto could not be more ideally situated. This colonial home is located on the corner of Aldama and Terraplén streets, two blocks from the Jardín, and one block from Parque Benito Juárez –- truly the heart of the historic center of San Miguel.

Casa San Roberto has been well appointed and tastefully decorated by the architecture/design team who have also brought Casas San Andres, Nueva Espana and Zambra to the rental market.

You enter the home through a traditional zaguan which has a view to the courtyard a few steps below.

Off the zaguan is a large living space or sala principal. This room with its colonial high wood beamed ceiling has both a sitting and dining area. The sitting area has a large fireplace as well as plenty of space for conversation or watching television.

The eat-in kitchen cocina also has high wood beamed ceilings, a fireplace, and hand painted Talavera tiles. It is well equipped with everything you might need for a wonderful short or long stay in San Miguel.

The ground floor bedroom recamara has a queen bed and a wood burning fireplace. This bedroom connects to the courtyard through glass doors. The ground floor bathroom baño has a large shower.

On the second floor is another bedroom with an en suite bathroom and dressing area. This bedroom also has a queen bed, a wood burning fireplace, as well as a balcony overlooking the courtyard below. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Off the second floor is a roof top terrace with lounge chairs and sitting area. The beautiful roof terrace affords a panoramic view of the mountains to the west.

Casa San Roberto is staffed by a cook/maid who works six days a week. She cleans and is available to cook, shop for groceries, and do laundry.

The home has high speed Internet access.
